Elizabeth A. Tarpley, D.D.S.
Dr. Tarpley received her Bachelors Degree from William
and Mary in 1971 and her DDS from the Medical College of Virginia
in 1982. She has been practicing since graduation and established
her practice in 1986. She specializes in Family Dentistry with
an emphasis on Cosmetics. She attended the prestigious Pankey
Institute, is a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry,
the Implant Society of Northern Virginia, and The American Dental
Association. Dr. Tarpley enjoys golf, cycling, gardening and
cooking.
Steven C. Fisher, D.D.S. M.S.
Dr. Fisher is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1975 with a bachelors degree in Zoology and in 1978 received a Masters Degree in Entomology from North Carolina State University. He then returned to Chapel Hill and received his D.D.S. in 1982.
After three years in private practice in Charlotte, NC Dr. Fisher joined the U.S. Navy in 1985 as a general dentist. He was selected and began specialty training in 1996 while still on active duty. Dr. Fisher received his Certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Science in Health Science from the Navy Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland in 1999. Dr. Fisher retired as a Captain in 2006 after 22 years of military service. Dr. Fisher is a Board Certified Periodontist.
When not in our office at Lake Ridge Dental Care, he is enjoying life trying to get a run in and still keep up with Matthew, Virginia, Patrick, Margaret and the family German Shepherd, Gunnar.
Norma Gutierrez, D.D.S. (bilingual - Spanish)
Born and raised in Venezuela with a Cuban background, Dr. Gutierrez earned her bachelors degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1992 at the University Del Zulia, Maracaibo,
Venezuela. Upon completion of her studies, Dr. Gutierrez worked in her private practice, where she treated her patients with compassion and care for almost 5 years, and then she continued
her education at the University to receive her Master's Degree in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Gutierrez relocated to the United States and attended Nova Southeastern University in Florida,
where she graduated within two years with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry, the last year she was treating patients with SPECIAL NEEDS. She comes to us from Florida and we cant wait to introduce her to you! Dr. Gutierrez enjoys boating and reading a good dental article in her spare time.
Jennifer Maher, M.D. Anesthesiologist
Dr. Maher attended medical school at West Virginia University.
She did her internship and residency at Georgetown University. She
is currently employed with Horizon Anesthesia and works with several
dentists throughout Virginia. We are thrilled to have Dr. Maher
available to our patients.
Brooke Francisco - RDH
Brooke joined our team as one of our hygienists in April of 2010. She has a wonderful calm manner and a peaceful
spirit which will put you at ease as soon as you meet her. Brooke is as thorough as she is gentle so you will leave
with that clean smile feeling! She graduated in 2005 from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associates of
Applied Science. Brooke loves reading a good book at the beach and enjoys her family time! We are excited to have
Brooke on our wonderful team of hygienists and look forward to you meeting her soon!
Mary Anne Kolb - RDH
Mary Anne joined us in April of 2010 as a hygienist. You will feel immediately comfortable with Mary Anne as she greets you with her soothing manner and sweet disposition. Her attention to detail along with her gentle touch will leave your smile feeling clean and shiny! Mary Anne graduated from University of MD Baltimore City in 2003 with a B.A. in psychology. She then continued on to Wayne Community College in North Carolina where she received her Associates of Applied Science. Mary Anne enjoys playing classical piano and singing. She took some classes in opera when she was at the University of MD. Have her sing you a melody! Also, ask her about her cats Puzzle and Nicodemus.
Mindy Jahner - Office Manager
Mindy joined us in 2009. Mindy is our Office Manager. She has worked in the dental field for over 25 years. Mindys warm, sunny smile will put you right at ease! Mindy loves spending time entertaining (shes a great cook!), traveling and spending time with her husband and her three children.
Susan Savage - Administrative Team Leader
Susan has been part of our team since spring 2000. She is our Administrative Team Leader
as well as our Head Financial Administrator. While not at work Susan enjoys watching
her daughter and son play soccer as well as playing on a coed soccer team with her husband.
She is also a big Jimmy Buffett fan and has not missed a concert in over 12 years!!!
Brooke Earehart - Dental Assistant / Clinical Team Leader
Brooke joined our team in October of 2007 as one of our dental assistants. Brooke has been
in the dental field since 1998. Brookes wonderful sense of humor will put you instantly
at ease! Brooke was born and raised in Williamsburg and joined us here in Northern Virginia
in 2000. When Brooke isnt with us she enjoys romping through the local dog parks with her
furry friend, Conan. The only fault we have found with Brooke thus far is her love for the
Dallas Cowboys.
Diana Chevalier - Patient Affairs Administrator
Diana became part of the team in 1998 as our Patient Affairs Administrator.
Her warm smile and sparkling personality invite all our patients into our family!
Diana is very excited at the news of becoming a new grandma! She and her
husband love taking off on the Harley for a long ride down a picturesque country
road. Diana is looking for a side car that will fit their goldendoodle, Aslan and Sunny the bichon!
Michelle White - Dental Assistant
Michelle became part of our team in 1999. She is an assistant
to both doctors as well as our implant coordinator.

patients at ease. While not with us, Michelle enjoys spending
time with her 3 boys and her husband. She also enjoys watching
her sons play baseball.
Elizabeth Delgado (bilingual - Spanish)
Elizabeth joined our team in 2009 as our Treatment Plan Coordinator. With Elizabeths knack for numbers she will walk you through your financial journey to make sure you are well
assisted in getting the treatment you desire. Elizabeth hails from Cuba! She loves spending time with her children when she isnt here with us!
Diane Jewell
Diane became a part of our team in 2011. She was raised in Chicago and moved here from Seattle three years ago. She has been a Dental Assistant for 18 years and assists both Doctors.
Dianes kind manner and compassion will make you feel at ease right away. In her spare time she loves to travel and spend time with her son. She is a huge Steelers Fan!
Thuytien Nguyen T (bilingual Vietnamese)
T became a part of our team in 2009. She is our Sterilization Specialist taking extra care of all our instruments and making them sparkle!
Ts family recently added two goldendoodle puppies whom her son named Butter and Biscuit!
Vanezza Figueroa (bilingual Spanish)
Vanezza became a part of our team in 2010. She is one of Dr. Gutierrezs assistants. Her compassionate and kind qualities will put you at ease immediately.
Vanezza enjoys spending time with her two children.
She is a talented poetry writer and enjoys a nice long run to stay in shape.
