Elizabeth A. Tarpley - D.D.S.
Dr. Tarpley received her Bachelor’s Degree from William
and Mary in 1971 and her DDS from the Medical College of Virginia
in 1982. She has been practicing since graduation and established
her practice in 1986. She specializes in Family Dentistry with
an emphasis on Cosmetics. She attended the prestigious Pankey
Institute, is a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry,
the Implant Society of Northern Virginia, and The American Dental
Association. Dr. Tarpley enjoys golf, cycling, gardening and
cooking.
Anh T. Pham - D.D.S.
Dr. Pham attended Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating
Magna Cum Laude in 1996 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree
in Chemistry. She continued on to Medical College of Virginia
earning her DDS in 2000, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She completed
her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in June
of 2001 at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. She has
been in private practice since the completion of her residency.
Dr. Pham enjoys playing the piano, cooking and playing tennis.
Steven C. Fisher - D.D.S. M.S.
Dr. Fisher is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina.
Dr. Fisher is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1975 with a bachelor’s degree in Zoology and in 1978 received a Master’s Degree in Entomology from North Carolina State University. He then returned to Chapel Hill and received his D.D.S. in 1982.
After three years in private practice in Charlotte, NC Dr. Fisher joined the U.S. Navy in 1985 as a general dentist. He was selected and began specialty training in 1996 while still on active duty. Dr. Fisher received his Certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Science in Health Science from the Navy Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland in 1999. Dr. Fisher retired as a Captain in 2006 after 22 years of military service. Dr. Fisher is a Board Certified Periodontist.
When not in our office at Lake Ridge Dental Care, he is enjoying life trying “to get a run in” and still keep up with Matthew, Virginia, Margaret and the family German Shepherd, “Gunnar.”
Margaret Fisher - D.M.D.
Dr. Margaret Fisher joined Lake Ridge Dental Care in November 2008.
Dr. Fisher received her D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine.
After completing a General Practice Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda,
Maryland, she served in the United States Navy Dental Corps for three years. She received her
B.S. in Biology from Virginia Tech… Go Hokies! Dr. Fisher was the Valedictorian of her class
at Hayfield High School in 1996 – a little known fact, but we like to brag about her!
Dr. Fisher lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, two children and their 120 lb elderly
German Shepherd “Gunnar”. When she is not with us, you’ll find her in the cello section of
the Friday Morning Music club Orchestra, at home at her piano or on long walks with the family.
Jennifer Maher, M.D. – Anesthesiologist
Dr. Maher attended medical school at West Virginia University.
She did her internship and residency at Georgetown University. She
is currently employed with Horizon Anesthesia and works with several
dentists throughout Virginia. We are thrilled to have Dr. Maher
available to our patients.
Diana Chevalier - Patient Affairs Administrator
Diana became part of the team in 1998 as our Patient Affairs Administrator.
Her warm smile and sparkling personality invite all our patients into our family!
Diana enjoys spending time with her husband as well as her two sons. She and her
husband love taking off on the Harley for a long ride down a picturesque country
road. Diana is looking for a side car that will fit their goldendoodle, Aslan and Sunny the bichon!
Susan Savage - Administrative Team Leader
Susan has been part of our team since spring 2000. She is our Administrative Team Leader
as well as our Head Financial Administrator. While not at work Susan enjoys watching
her daughter and son play soccer as well as playing on a coed soccer team with her husband.
She is also a big Jimmy Buffett fan and has not missed a concert in over 12 years!!!
Melvina Posey - RDH
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Melvina's close attention to
detail and comforting disposition will put you at ease right
away. As our staff thespian, her talents don't end at her hygiene skills
- you'll have to ask her to sing you a tune. Melvina graduated from
Francis Marion University with a B.S. in Biology. After working as a
Medical Technician for a few years she made the decision to attend Northern
Virginia Community College's Hygiene program where she graduated in
2003 with an A.A.S in dental hygiene. In her spare time she enjoys cuddling
up with her cat, Mel, and watching a good show that she TiVo'd while
she was here making your smile sparkle.
Michelle White - Dental Assistant
Michelle became part of our team in 1999. She is an assistant
to both doctors as well as our implant coordinator. Michelle’s warm
chairside manner and soothing disposition certainly puts our
patients at ease. While not with us, Michelle enjoys spending
time with her 3 boys and her husband. She also enjoys watching
her sons play baseball.
Brooke Earehart - Dental Assistant / Clinical Team Leader
Brooke joined our team in October of 2007 as one of our dental assistants. Brooke has been
in the dental field since 1998. Brooke’s wonderful sense of humor will put you instantly
at ease! Brooke was born and raised in Williamsburg and joined us here in Northern Virginia
in 2000. When Brooke isn’t with us she enjoys romping through the local dog parks with her
furry friend, Conan. The only fault we have found with Brooke thus far is her love for the
Dallas Cowboys.
Mindy Jahner - Office Manager
Mindy joined us in 2009. Mindy is our Office Manager. She has worked in the dental field for over 25 years.
Mindy’s warm, sunny smile will put you right at ease! Mindy loves spending time with her family on the boat all summer long cruising the Potomac!.
Karina Jimenez (bilingual - Spanish)
Karina became a part of our team in 2009 as one of our Dental Assistants. Karina has worked in General Dentisty as well as
Pediatric Dentistry – the children of our practice love to come see Karina! When Karina isn’t with us she enjoys life on the town with her good friends!
Crystal King
Crystal joined our team in 2009. Along with Dental Assisting she is currently studying Dental Hygiene. Crystal is home grown right here in
Northern Virginia. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, kayaking and camping with her fiancé and her son Malekai. Oh, and there is always time for dinner with her girlfriends!

Elizabeth joined our team in 2009 as our Treatment Plan Coordinator. With Elizabeth’s knack for numbers she will walk you through your financial journey to make sure you are well
assisted in getting the treatment you desire. Elizabeth hails from Cuba! She loves spending time with her children when she isn’t here with us!
Eve Claure (bilingual - Spanish)
Eve joined us in 2009 as Dr Steven Fisher’s Assistant. Eve’s charming personality radiates through our office and will make you feel right at home. When not
with us she is enjoying her two lovely daughters as they cook up a latin storm in the kitchen together.
Lisa Santiago (bilingual - Spanish)
Lisa joined us in 2009 as our Hygiene Assistant. Our Hygiene patients love to be greeted by Lisa’s bubbly disposition! She is a bundle of
energy which comes in handy when chasing after her three children and her husband!
Thuytien Nguyen “T” (bilingual – Vietnamese)
T became a part of our team in 2009. She is our Sterilization Specialist taking extra care of all our instruments and making them sparkle!
T’s family recently added two goldendoodle puppies whom her son named Butter and Biscuit!
